Green Jasmine 100g

Jasmine green tea is made by infusing green tea leaves with jasmine flowers. Best Steeped for 3-5 minutes in hot water. While it does have a small caffiene level, the jasmine can help with sleep.
Serving size is 2gm per cup of tea or 1 level teaspoon.
