Here at Tea-opoly, we take tea very seriously and uphold all health and safety standards applicable to our business to keep us and our customers safe.

While we take all due care to ensure that your product arrives in the same excellent condition that it left us in, we can not always control third party handling such as couriers and freight. If you product does not arrive in the desired condition, please contact us so that we can investigate.

Please note that we do work with a natural product/s and therefore there may be some variants to colour or texture for example, but this does not affect the quality of the product or cause any significant harm during consumption.

We do not take responsibility should our product be used incorrectly or outside of the directions provided on the product packaging. The packaging should not be used as a toy or to be used in other way than its intended use of storing your tea.

Refund Policy

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us on info@tea-opoly.com.au or call us on 0411711081 to discuss any questions or possible refunds. Should we deem a refund applicable, we will refund in full after investigation.

Product Testing

​

From time to time we will release a new blend or product and we may call on testers to try the blend or product before it goes on general sale.

When applying for a product test, you will be provided a contract for the term of the test period, this contract outlines the terms and conditions of any testing phase. 

Tea-opoly does not take responsibility for misuse, instructions not adhered to or adverse reactions that may occur through a test product. The onus is on the participant to ensure that it is safe for them to consume any product in the test phase. Tea-opoly will supply a full list of ingredients for any product to ensure transparency of any consumables.

As a part of the product test, you will be required to submit feedback on the product as is the purpose of the test phase. Tea-opoly will take all feedback on board, regardless of it being positive or negative.

At no time will the ingredients be shared with other companies within the same field as Tea-opoly, this will be in breach of a signed contract.

Tea-opoly reserves the right to remove any participant from the product testing program for any reason. 

Should the contract not be adhered to, there may be penalties applied by way of payment by the participant to Tea-opoly for any products supplied, regardless of consumption. Payment will be in the amount of $10/item seen to be in breach of the contract, made payable to Tea-opoly.
